Dear David,

 

As the Holidays are coming to a close, all of us have the opportunity to reflect upon relationships we have created and a year when so much has been accomplished.

 

As an organization we receive numerous sales and solicitation calls on a constant and daily basis.  Most offers we reject, few we explore and yet fewer are those individuals and organizations with which we choose to develop any ties whatsoever. 

 

The time that you took to call us and the time that you have spent with us since has created opportunities for us that are most worthwhile.  I suppose that as elementary as it may sound, I can truly say that we are happy that you took the time to give us a call.

 

What has impressed us most with your organization is the fact that all of our dealings have been on the basis of your ability to explore our needs and fill the requirements that we have and to be able to do this in a professional manner.  This approach is both refreshing and creates long-term opportunities for relationships to be created, rather than for short-term sales to be made.
